How do you determine project pricing?
After our initial consultation, I'll provide a detailed scope document with fixed pricing based on: number of API endpoints, data complexity, infrastructure requirements, and timeline. You'll know the exact cost before we start.
What payment terms do you offer?
For scoped projects: 50% upfront to begin, 50% on completion. For retainers: monthly billing at the start of each period. I accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise.
Is there any cost to use the software you build?
No ongoing software fees. You own the code I write. The only costs beyond my fees are third-party infrastructure (AWS, databases, etc.) which you control and pay directly.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
I occasionally offer reduced rates for early-stage startups with limited budgets. Reach out and let's discuss your situation.
What if the project scope changes?
Scope changes happen. I'll provide a change order with updated pricing before any additional work begins. You always approve costs in advance.
